Sugar Shack Unlimited is a collective of businesses, from bars and restaurants to art galleries, clothing lines, an event production and digital media company—all driven by a passion for culture, community, and creativity. Led by Marcus Lalario, a visionary entrepreneur with over three decades of influence in Seattle’s nightlife and arts scene, we bring together diverse ventures, including popular dining spots, concert series, and charitable events.

Known for its Mediterranean and Middle Eastern-inspired dishes, Ciudad has been serving up grilled meats and vegetables in its vibrant, communal dining atmosphere located in the Oxbow Building in Georgetown since 2015. It has since become a staple for those looking to enjoy high-quality mezze with an array of veg and gluten friendly options in a laid-back vibe.

Darkalino’s — our new kid on the block. Nestled in historic Pioneer Square, this Italian café is a love letter to house-made pasta, focaccia sandwiches, and damn good coffee & cocktails. Since 2011, we’ve been serving up juicy, fully loaded burgers, teaming up with famous artists and chefs for hype-worthy one-offs, and whipping up shakes that help rekindle your love affair with fast food. Our Burger 4 Burger program has also donated over 12,000 burgers to underserved communities so far.
